The Conte & Giacomini Law Firm was established in 1992, as a result of a merger between the law firms of Giuseppe Conte, founded in 1971, and that of Giuseppe Giacomini, founded in 1981.

It has been offering its services as defence counsel before all the jurisdictional and administrative institutions in the European Union and the Court of Human Rights as well as the Italian Antitrust Authority (Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato) for more than twenty years.
